On Sunday during a holiday weekend, I had to take my orange ginger cat Tom to emergency vet. They gave me an honest assessment of his condition and advised what the next step needed to be. Sadly Tom, had to be put down. The vet and the other staff were so companionate and supportive considering the circumstances along with me being in tears due what the outcome would be. Highly recommend if you need urgent vet care.

We had to take our beloved dog to this hospital yesterday for a quality-of-life conversation, and every single person we encountered showed extraordinary compassion and care.

From the moment we arrived, the young man who triaged our dog immediately recognized the nature of our visit. He took us to a quiet, comfortable room and thoughtfully moved us up on what was clearly a very busy schedule. That kindness alone meant so much to us.

Dr. Greenwood came in, got down on her knees on the floor beside our dog, and spoke to us with such genuine compassion. She carefully explained all of our options without any pressure and sat with us as we talked through the most difficult decision we have ever had to make.

Her assistant was equally kind and caring. She explained each step of the process, took our dog briefly to have the catheter inserted, and brought her right back to us so we could continue holding her and saying our goodbyes. We were never rushed and were given all the time we needed.

When we were ready, Dr. Greenwood returned and gently explained everything that would happen. She treated our dog with such tenderness and dignity and again allowed us time with her until we were ready to let her go.

In the past, we have used a mobile vet service at home for this experience, but we needed a professional to look our dog over and explain our options, This is not a decision a pet owner ever wants to make. The staff made this experience peaceful, quiet, and serene...we could not have asked for a more compassionate group of providers. They made one of the hardest moments of our lives just a little more comforting.

We are deeply grateful and could not recommend this hospital and its staff more highly.

Staff was so kind when we took our guinea pig in for cremation. They were sensitive and accommodating.

I brought my dog Rocket here for emergency help. Unfortunately, it was too late and I had to put her to sleep, but they were wonderful. They stayed with me during that time and afterwards. They sent me a card with handwritten notes from everyone there. They are truly an amazing animal urgent care. I can't thank them enough.

Words can not describe how amazing everyone is here. I cant recommend them enough from Dr Hilly with my pup Summer to the ER team taking care of my dumb corgis who lick frogs. They are the absolute best 👌 👍 ❤️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary office. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff treated both me and my pet with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. You can truly tell that everyone here loves animals and is passionate about what they do.

Going to an emergency vet is never something anyone wants to do. That being said, GQ Vet was amazing and made the experience positive in every way.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful getting us checked in right away. When we arrived there were already multiple people waiting yet we were seen very quicky.

Our tech was outstanding, she took time to really care for our dog making sure that he was comfortable with everything she was doing for him. We were given all the time we could want to ask questions and never felt rushed.

Dr. Hodges like everyone else was outstanding. He again showed great care and patience with us and our dog. He was very thorough yet not overwhelming us with information. He worked with us on a treatment plan considering our input and explaining each part of the process. Working with us and talking through the treatment plan really showed us that he wants the best for our dog. His overall care and concern for our dog really made it easy to trust him.

It was really amazing to leave a vet feeling confident we had the best diagnoses, treatment plan and the trust in the entire staff to come back in the future. I 100% would recommend them and thanks to the entire staff for all that they do.

My son had to take his Husky in on a Friday night. Everyone was so professional and it was so clean. For it being an emergency on a Friday night the bill was not bad at all! You can tell they love their job. The Dr was incredible. She took time to explain everything and the tech was great too.

Love this clinic. They always get me in right away. My pup loves everyone there. They spend lots of time with us no rush. They thouraly explain my pups health as many times as I need, which is helpful since I have a brain injury myself. They process blood work while im there so no need to wait days for results. Really know their stuff. Its kind of far from ny home but totally worth it. By pup is getting so much better.
