What an amazing staff and facility. My dog had to stay for a week and I received regular updates and could visit her any time. No one wants to be at an emergency vet but if you have to this is the place.

Everyone at Gilbert Queen Creek Emergency vet was super! They came highly recommended and we will not hesitate to go back. Thank you so much for taking care of our nervous pup!

Having to take your pet to the hospital is very scary. We brought our little dog, Taffy, here on Tuesday for abdominal pain, not eating/drinking, and being very out of it. Dr. Cen and nurse Emily took very good care of us. Explained everything very clearly and were extremely patient, not in a rush. We took her home with medication to observe her for a day and see if she would improve. We had to bring her back yesterday afternoon, since she still hadn't had anything to eat/drink or been going to the bathroom. We had Dr. Cen again and nurse Jessica. They gave us a clear cut plan for admission and wasted no time in getting her taken care of. Dr. Cen kept me informed multiple times throughout the night with lab results and what imaging she recommended. This morning Taffy had Jessica as her nurse (my dog doesn't get along with many people and Jessica was able to somehow form a friendship with Taffy) and Dr. Tommet. They were so fantastic! The staff and facility deserve more than 5 stars! I would never take her anywhere else! They are all so caring!! Thank you so much!!! ❤️

Friendly and professional staff!!

I can’t even begin to say how thankful I am for such a great place. We had to drive 45 minutes to get there because we live rural. Our 12yo Great Dane had Bloat and they got him right in the door and within ten minutes we had options. Unfortunately Otis did not make it… but they were so kind and patient and made one of the worst days bearable. Loved the paw print and they even gave us some prints of his nose and paws per our request. I highly rec this emergency Vet. Thank from the bottom of my heart

I had to bring my dog tuesday, march 17. The people at the front desk, to the triage person, to the tech and to dr bronstein. Made the experience as easy as it could be. They didn’t pressure you into unnecessary tests. Thankfully my dog is feeling much better as the days go by. Hopefully I dont need them but if I do ill 100% go back

All those who work here are extremely kind and gracious. I have a low budget for animal coats and can never do the higher end care, as much as I wish it, for my animals, but they are always so kind about it and work with me on how to care for my animals in my price range. I hate that money is such a big factor and I'm so grateful for the understanding shown here!

I had to put down my sweet fur baby. The staff was incredibly kind. I was able to lay with him and spend as much time as needed.

I was really impressed from the front desk staff to the back office and provider you could tell they had a well trained and efficient operation! You could also tell they cared and answered all my questions. Will be back if my little guy needs urgent help again.

Drove from Coolidge, Where they could get me in tell April.He was stung by something Eyes was swelling close as was his mouth. Had him look at before I could fill out forms. Thanks for Quick Service and Wonderful Care.
