Under the circumstances, my family and I had a pleasant experience. My daughter had to make the decision to lay her paw baby down to cross the rainbow 🌈 . The staff and Vet were very understanding, informative and caring making the process easier to swallow. I am thankful for Dr. Hodges for being honest, caring and open about yhe decisions he provided. We never felt anyone being pushy and never felt it was a money transaction.
Thank you all for being there and making this process feel less painful

Dr. Logan Hille and his team are fantastic! This was our first vet visit here, but our dog, Finn, has severe valley fever and bone lesions.

Dr. Hille is super knowledgeable and patient (even with our dog who can be a bit unruly). Every person who worked with or on Finn today was extremely kind and I left feeling better our plan going forward as we work through this long term disease.

If you need to see a vet about valley fever for your pets or want a crew of awesome people taking care of your animals, this is the place.

We will definitely be back!

Excellent caring staff from the receptionists to Calista and Dr Hille. Everyone we have encountered has been compassionate, professional and genuinely kind. I dont know all of the staff members names but I want to personally thank those who celebrated Ash’s last chemo treatment and the ringing of the bell as well as those who celebrated his 7th birthday milestone. It was incredibly touching and meant the world to me and my family. Thank you for providing such great care and heartfelt service.

UPDATE: Thank you for reaching out and trying to make this right. It speaks volumes that you guys reached out and wanted to fix the issue. The effort is not lost on me. I’ll be taking back the one star review. Thank you for your time.

(For context)
Please don’t go here for ultra sounds.
My vet recommended this place after we found out my little boy cat is criptorchid meaning one of his testicals didn’t drop so it’s in his abdomen somewhere. We needed to get an ultrasound to hopefully find where it was so he could get neutered.
The staff felt around for a bit and told me they were VERY confident that they had found it on the surface. They advised me to get a partial ultrasound since they were so confident. So they only did a partial in that one area. I get a call later confirming that they found it. I go to my vet thinking we are in the clear but my vet calls me and tells me the ultrasound is totally inconclusive. So that’s one ultrasound and a lot of money down the drain.
My vet recommends I go back and get a full ultrasound which I do. This time they did the full thing and called me saying hooray we found it! No doubt!
I just dropped my cat off at my vet to get neutered and I asked if they could confirm the new ultrasound will work. ITS INCONCLUSIVE AGAIN. It doesn’t tell my vet anything. I don’t know how you mess that up twice. I’m so frustrated that this place has simply taken my money without doing jack and lied to me about it.
My cat isn’t a fan of vets or visits so to make me get him out there twice just to traumatize him and then have nothing to show for it is ridiculous and so frustrating.
Please don’t use this place it’s not worth it. I don’t know about their other services but if it’s just as awful as this then you’re better off going somewhere that won’t lie to you.

I have 3 years and 6 months cat his name is Griffin. I adopted him from Maricopa County animal shelter. Griffin was only 4 months old, skinny and tiny kitten. His intake and outputs has been always good and energetic. Yesterday morning he vomited white foam. Not very often but did something before.
He skipped breakfast. Lethargy combined with vomiting. I waited 1 hour but his condition was same.
I called GQ emergency. Thank you for receptionist and technicians.
They were very kind and caring.
My doctor was Dr. Erin Greenwood.
She recommended me blood work and x-ray for diagnosis of symptoms which totally agree with her. He might swallow something, ate something wrong on the floor.
Test results were all good. They have own laboratory that is the best compared regular veterinarian.
They can diagnosis right away.
Fortunately results were good. Some infections on his lungs but not very serious what doctor states. I addressed my concerns about medication and vaccination.
She gave me a option not pushing.
Might be a dehydrated after vomiting. They did IV dehydration therapy as well.
She made me very comfortable and understanding my concerns. Very humble and kind person she was.
He look little bit tired but ate normal amount of wet food this morning.
Thank you so much everyone 💗
I am highly recommend GQ emergency veterinarian!
You guys are best 👌

We took our sweet pup here during a medical emergency. She was triaged within minutes of arriving and we felt we got the best care possible. Unfortunately she didn’t make it, but the veterinarian and staff here are so kind, compassionate, and professional. They gave us all the time we needed, explained the situation throughly, and answered all our questions. I would recommend them to anyone seeking medical care for their dog.

IT HAS BEEN A DAY YALL.
First, Lee was in labor on and off for the past 2 now 3 days. She gave birth to her mini-me girl, and SP yesterday around midday.
Then Guts the lil dark Grey runty arrived this morning, and he came out fighting !
All are latched and getting stronger.
Leela was still struggling though with dystocia( a difficult labor) and the remnants of it.
So she hasnt really been active and was very lethargic. Today she had a high fever of 104F and was straining. We couldn't tell why. Wondered about another kitten and the situation became dire IF that was the case.
We took her to a vet by way of amazing friends and my husband mid work to bring us home after ( a hero❤️🥹) and kudos to my cousin for watching my babies while i went to try and save her cat ( plus kittens need their mama)

We went to Gilbert Queen Creek Emergency Veterinarian & Pet Urgent Care
And everyone was amazing!! Amazing. There was a vet with the coolest Harley Quinn and Joker tattoos too and she was who administer the fluids that someone donated for us.
We got Xray done and there was the best mews ever...no retained kitten!
But she was dehydrated and constipated something terrible.

Now we await that first dreaded postpartum bowel movement ( sorry Lee! I get it! Im 8 months postpartum and still dread bms at times)
And monitor her. Shes been nursing immediately and growling at anyone and thing that isn't deemed her safe people.
I..e shes a very good and protective mama cat! Go Leela! Total attitude change.
Her usually annoyingly silly/ immature self is no more..shes docile and protective and very careful with her babies. Its quite a change honestly. Shes only 2 or 3 years old quite young.
The fluids is to help soften her bm and we are feeding her soft protein-packed kitten food and bringing water to her face so she can rest and nurse.

Thanks for tuning in to Leela''s birthing story ❤️

Never been around here before and I’m glad I went out of my comfort zone took the hour long drive and took my fur baby here. The staff is very nice and they explain everything from beginning to end with no problem with answering however many questions you got. They don’t belittle you either or make you feel bad about whatever you went in for. Yeah it’s like any Emergency room, you gotta wait your turn but if you honestly care about the situation getting fixed you’ll wait. We were there for about 3 hours total but it wasn’t a bad experience waiting or anything. Coco loved the staff as well she’s happy she got to meet them. We will come here for now on for future emergencies and will recommend to anyone I know that has fur babies.

By far the best, most caring emergency vet I've ever been to. Our one-year-old pup has been here twice for minor issues: a soft tissue injury and an allergic reaction. Both times, the staff was so helpful and considerate. On our recent visit (hives), there was a pretty long wait due to the vets all being in emergency surgeries. The tech I spoke with was super helpful right away, took our pup's vitals and confirmed that his hives weren't serious. We quickly got on our way with dosing for Benadryl and no charge for the time she helped us. It's nice to know there is such a compassionate emergency vet close by when we need them!
