We were out of state when our dog was being watched by my in laws and started having seizures. They were able to get her to the hospital where they were incredibly helpful and kept us informed more than once a day about her blood work and status. Incredibly caring and effective.

Our experience was amazing for having to be at an emergency vet facility. Everyone was caring, friendly, focused and efficiently did what was needed for our pup. We are grateful and appreciative to all those that cared for our dog. We would highly recommend this facility for urgent vet needs for your fur babies.

We’ve been here multiple times for several different pets and had always revived excellent compassionate care. This is an emergency room so the times we have come with stable pets we have had to wait for up to a few hours as sicker pets receive priority care which is completely appropriate for an emergency room. Highly recommend for kitty or puppy urgent needs.

I brought my Jack Russell mix in after he was attacked by a large husky, and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring from the moment we arrived. They took great care of him within my budget and made sure he went home with the right pain medication to keep him comfortable, along with antibiotics as a precaution in case an infection developed.

After doing some fundraising for his care, I brought him back for a recheck because the wound on his belly was getting more swollen and I was worried it could be something serious. Since I wasn’t able to afford the radiologist report on the original X-rays, I wasn’t sure whether we were dealing with something like internal injury or just a hematoma, and I needed peace of mind.

The vet we saw on the second visit was so understanding of my financial situation and truly worked with me to keep costs down while still making sure my dog got the best care possible. They performed an ultrasound, and thankfully there was no abscess or anything concerning, just swelling. The vet added another medication to better manage his pain.

That adjustment made a huge difference. My dog is doing so much better. He’s eating more, getting up and trotting around a bit, and no longer yelping in pain.

I’m truly grateful I chose Gilbert Queen Creek Emergency Vet & Specialty Center to care for my pup. I highly recommend them if you’re in the Queen Creek/Gilbert area and need an emergency vet.

Having lost my husband recently, I was close to panic when my chihuahua began experiencing unsettling symptoms. The office could not have been kinder! Natalie, Hannah, and Dr. Schneider were so thoughtful and caring. A multitude of tests were run which were essentially normal with a known enlarged heart and murmur detected. I've had at least 2 FU calls from the clinic. We will return on the 25th for a previously scheduled echocardiogram. While Barry is not entirely his old self, I have been reassured by the absence of dire findings. I've also been encouraged to call if anything changes before the 25th. Thank you to the amazing staff at GQC!

After my problems at GQC Emergency Vet one of the administrators there noticed my one star review and called me to ask exactly what happened. This caught me by surprise as I was amazed that they kept an eye on their reviews. After I talked to him for a while, he asked if he could call back after he reviewed what happened with their staff.

He called me back, apologized for my problems and assurred me that it was taken care of and that my next appointment would be much better.

We went in this morning and the ladies at the front desk checked to see if we had an appointment and it was on schedule. They assurred us that it was and we went in a bit earlier than 7:30.

We conferred with one of the people there and she took our dog out to be weighed and examined by the Doctor who performed the surgery.

When they came back, the Doctor was with my Dog and another lady who worked there and he told me exactly how she was doing, how she was healing, and told me that in his professional opinion taking an X-Ray would be a waste of money as she was doing well...he saved us a few hundred dollars with that piece of advice, and we're greateful. He gave our Dog a great prognosis and advised us not to let her do any running or other strenuous activity for another 4 weeks to ensure the healing was completed. As our dog frequents a Doggie Day Care facility, that was great advice. She'll have to wait to go back for another month.

It was a complete reversal of the previous visit and the wife and I couldn't be happier with the Veterinary hospital and their staff and special kudos to Doctor Conzemius, who did the surgery and the consultation, also to the administrator who helped us out.

Thanks for a great day.
