We've taken both of our dogs to QC ER for treatment, the staff has been responsive, compassionate and knowledgeable. Really appreciate all the help our fluffy children have had from the techs and vets to keep them, realistically, alive. ER does come with a price tag, but you do get what you pay for when it's urgent - I thought pet insurance was dumb, but we are carrying it going forward. To all the techs/vets that helped with Pancake, thank you.

I highly reccomend this veterinary ER. One of our puppies caught parvo which is scary all around. Dr. Mikes and her team was kind, attentive and understanding and saved our puppy's life. They were open and transparent about the treatment plan and pricing including financing options and Care Credit options. They are open 24 hours a day which is incredibly helpful. We were there pretty late in the evening and all the staff was friendly and kind. Thank you!!

UPDATE 8/2025: Due to an emergency visit with my small dog, I can now say we are officially forever patients. Dr. Greenwood and the tech Katriana are hands down the nicest, most caring, genuine vet staff I have ever dealt with. They showed me nothing but kindness through an extremely stressful situation at 3:30am. Thanks to the ENTIRE team at GQC Emergency Vet, my baby made a full recovery and I never had to once doubt the care she received. I can't thank this office enough.

5/2025: My dogs are not patients here, but I brought in a stray that I had found with a pretty horrific mass, dental disease, cherry eye, you name it. I was super emotional because I was so worried and sad for this little old lady of a dog (I'm also just very sensitive about animals haha). The staff were so incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. I wish I had gotten names. The veterinarian herself came out to talk to me and assured me that I did the right thing by bringing her in. Thank you to those staff -- you made a difference in 2 lives today. Thank you for all that you do.
