CT Scan Referrals

If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency or you need immediate assistance, please call us at (480) 674-3200.

CT for dogs and cats (also known as Computed Tomography) is now available at GQ vet!

We also offer Referrals for CTs from other veterinarians at GQ. Our Doctors and Technicians will perform the CT imaging and obtain a consultation by a boarded radiology specialist. We then forward you the CT radiology report and refer your client back to you for follow-up care. This, in a way, helps to add an outside diagnostic option to your hospital and increases your ability to care for your patients yourself, without having to purchase and learn new diagnostic equipment! I highly recommend this emergency vet hospital. Everyone there went above and beyond. When we brought our dog in the receptionist had an idea of what the issue was and took us to see the doctor immediately. Our dog had partially twisted his stomach and needed immediate care. The receptionist, technicians, and doctor were quick, calm, understanding, and professional. The facility as a whole is also very clean - the waiting area, waiting room, and back area where we took sam. When we initially received the price range estimate to have the doctor conduct the procedure, it was high, far too high for us. THANKFULLY, the doctor was quick and contacted a student vet whom was able to rush over and conducted the supervised surgery. This dramatically reduced the price and made it more affordable for us. They also have quick credit options. The staff kept us updated regularly via text, photos, and phone call on sams well being. Whenever we brought him home if we had any concerns or questions about sam they were quick to respond. We could just send a quick text with our question, include a photo or video and they would be quick to answer - day or night. It was a great comfort. A week later now and Sam is doing great!

I cannot thank Dr. Hodges and the clinic staff enough for quickly assessing my beautiful mini Aussie's condition and easing his pain. My nearly 15-year-old dog was having seizures. Within minutes, the clinic had blood test and abdomen scan results that determined he had a ruptured cancerous tumor on his spleen and internal bleeding. Together we made the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him because he was in pain and dying. The process, while heartbreaking, was kind and peaceful. Everyone in the clinic was highly professional and compassionate. I am grateful for the care they provided to my beloved dog and to me during an indescribably difficult time.

My dog injured his paw last night and was still limping today. I took him here and the staff were absolutely wonderful. You can tell they care about their patients and their owners. 100% fully recommend and will return for any other emergencies! Thank you Dr. Phong and Kathie for helping us out today!

Everyone is so amazing!! You are all so caring and knowledgeable! When I brought Callie in I was unsure it there was any hope for her to survive but you all ensured me there is hope and helped me through the process.
