I had an overall positive experience with this veterinary clinic during an incredibly difficult time. My dog was suffering from genetic issues and cancer, and the decision to put her to sleep was heart-wrenching. The entire staff was compassionate and supportive throughout the process. They took the time to thoroughly explain every option available, ensuring I understood the potential outcomes and costs associated with each choice. The vet conducted a comprehensive evaluation to determine the level of pain my dog was experiencing, which was crucial in making an informed decision. They worked with me to stay within my budget without compromising the quality of care for my beloved pet. Their empathy and professionalism made an unbearable situation a bit more manageable, and I am grateful for their dedication and kindness.

Nice staff, nice doctor, waited 2.5 hours for an exam. They did 1 test (which they said only takes 8 minutes) and then said "start there and let's see how he does". I received my papers and it stated they recommended all these other tests and owner declined all, which was untrue. When I asked for another test I response I got was "that's unlikely the issue". Even when I told them my families dogs have had this specific issue in the past.

I was very excited at first but then as the hours went on I became frustrated. The staff was nice and friendly so I don't want this to seem unfair to the people we were in contact with
